Tracking work order requests is what this software is all about. It allows for a requested date of work to be performed and tracks Equipment, Labor cost, and cost of Materials. It also allows the attachment of photos to the work order. It includes an option to Forward any Work Order to DOT or any other department.

After starting the Kelly Software Permitting and Tracking system, you will be presented with a sign-on screen.  This screen requires you to enter a valid user ID and today’s date.  After signing in the first menu you will see is the main menu for the system as shown directly below.  Here you can select the appropriate portion of the system you wish to use.  Which applications are valid will be controlled by your user ID.  For the purposes of this demonstration we will select the “Public Works” box.
