Our Property Maintenance/Code Enforcement software has many helpful features. Allows the user to enter or select the complaint and select the municipality’s code offense(s) sections. It also will issue system generated nuisance letters and final notices. The system informs the Code Enforcement Officer of nuisance letters due. It allows the attachment of photos and Word Documents to any case. By automating this process, your Code Enforcement Officers will become more efficient.
After starting the Kelly Software Permitting and Tracking system, you will be presented with a sign-on screen. This screen requires you to enter a valid user ID and today’s date. After signing in the first menu you will see is the main menu for the system as shown directly below. Here you can select the appropriate portion of the system you wish to use. Which applications are valid will be controlled by your user ID. For the purposes of this demonstration we will select the “Property Maintenance (Ordinance Violations)”
