Our Planning and Zoning Compliance software has many helpful features. Is used to edit and insure permit compliance for the following features; Zoning and setback requirements, Historical District Editing, Flood Plain Editing, Flood Map Assignment and Date, Zoning Variances, Conditional Use and Special Use, Exempt and Denial Tracking. Reports may be generated daily, weekly and monthly. Once the Planning and Zoning review is complete the plans are approved.
After starting the Kelly Software Permitting and Tracking system, you will be presented with a sign-on screen. This screen requires you to enter a valid user ID and today’s date. After signing in the first menu you will see is the main menu for the system as shown directly below. Here you can select the appropriate portion of the system you wish to use. Which applications are valid will be controlled by your user ID. For the purposes of this demonstration we will select the “Planning and Zone Compliance”
