Fleet Maintenance

Our Fleet Maintenance software includes helpful features. Some of these features are  Asset Repair Tracking, Repair History, Parts Issued, and Open Work Orders. It allows the attachment of photos to the work order. The reporting functions will generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports for Parts Issued by Repair type, Repairs by Employee, Description and actual Repairs made, Cost of Repairs, Cost of Parts Issued, and Misc. Reports on Request. The system automatically schedules vehicles service.

Parts, personnel, equipment, and shop work orders are tracked to allow you to maximize the use of your assets.

After starting the Kelly Software Permitting and Tracking system, you will be presented with a sign-on screen.  This screen requires you to enter a valid user ID and today’s date.  After signing in the first menu you will see is the main menu for the system as shown directly below.  Here you can select the appropriate portion of the system you wish to use.  Which applications are valid will be controlled by your user ID.  For the purposes of this demonstration we will select the “Fleet Inventory”
