Kelly Software has been in business for over 25 years in the construction code enforcement, distribution, and private sector.
We are a custom programming company. We modify the application to fit the customer’s needs. We train the department to maintain the software. Depending upon the county/city’s present system, we have the capability of interfacing with Tax Data/Street Index, Financials and GIS. There are lap top/tablet PC options for in-the-field inspections. Our software is compatible with an AS/400, stand-alone, client network, Windows 2000/2003/NT 4.0/XP Pro. After the system goes into production, the customer is provided with a copy of their source code.

In 1996 we chose ASNA Visual RPG for our development software. The Software has the ability to extract required data from existing databases usually in the form of a delimited text file that we import into our ASNA Acceler8DB databases. The same holds true for exporting data from our Acceler8DB databases for the customer to use for other databases or spreadsheets, etc.
ASNA (Amalgamated Software of North American) is an international corporation with over 5000 developers that can offer additional support for our software.
